Shipping
Your order will be shipped within 1 business day. For order shipping to continental USA, it usually takes 3 to 5 business days.
Shipping fee depends on the weight of your order. It will be calculated during check out. For one product with standard shipping to continental US, the shipping fee is $4.9. We offer free shipping for orders over $39.
Yes. We provide tracking for every order. You will receive an email containing a tracking number once your product is shipped.
We do not ship outside of the USA at the moment. For order shipping to the UK, you can order from our UK site at remedinature.co.uk. For other international destinations, you can order our products at Amazon. Amazon offers international shipping.
Order & Payment
We accept all major credit cards, Paypal and Amazon Payment. We use Paypal to process credit card payments, you Do Not need to have a Paypal account to make the payment. Simply click ‘pay with credit cards’ under Paypal login page. It is safe, secure and easy.
If you have a Paypal account or Amazon account, the check out will be faster. Please note that all of our prices are listed in USD and your card will be charged in your respective currency.
Once your order is placed we are only able to refund your order. We are not able to add charges to your card for security purposes.
The best way is to use our Contact Us page and we’ll cancel your order for you if it has not been sent out yet. If your order already shipped out, don’t worry! When you contact us, we will give you return instruction.
We do not offer exchange. You will need to cancel the order and place a new order.

However, in the rare event that your goods have been damaged in transit, please contact our friendly customer support with your order ID or your name and address and a photo of the damaged goods.
